BIOGRAPHY
Natali Timakova is an artist from Moscow working in her own style of ethno-folk symbolism. With a background in analytics and many years of experience in corporate management, finance, and marketing, Natali combines strategic thinking with a deep interest in visual culture and design.
This combination of logic and aesthetics shapes her artistic language.
Although she has no formal academic education in painting, Natali developed her style independently — guided by deep visual sensitivity, intuition, and personal exploration. For her, art has become a space where she can speak about complex things - through images, symbols, and harmony.
Her passion for fashion, graphic, and jewelry design - developed through courses and creative projects - gave her a strong sense of form, decoration, and texture. These elements became part of her painting style: gold leaf, surface detail, ornaments, and jewelry-like accents give each work a layered and sculptural feel.
Natali is a
winner and participant of both Russian and international design projects, including
Fashion & Crafts (Swedish Institute), the
Biennale of Innovative Textiles, and exhibitions at the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts.
Today, painting for her is a form of intuitive storytelling - a way to express feminine energy, myth, emotion, and archetype through color, shape, and inner light.
